This year’s Billboard Music Awards has ushered in the start of summer, in-person celebrity red carpet style. Songstress H.E.R., who was nominated for Best R&B Song at the show, stunned on the red carpet. H.E.R. arrived in this phenomenal Christian Dior jumpsuit that featured red and black sequins. The singer paired her look perfectly with black peep-toe pumps, her signature shades, and red lip.
Actress Priyanka Chopra, whose husband, Nick Jonas, was the host of the event, shined on the red carpet. Chopra wore a glittery gold crystal mesh Dolce & Gabbana gown, which featured a plunging neckline, thigh-high slit, and gold harness belt. The actress finished the look off with gold sandals and gorgeous drop earrings by Bulgari.
Actress Gabrielle Union hit the red carpet in a show-stopping embellished low-cut white Prada gown. From the wide plunging neckline to the sequin embellishments, the detail on this design was on another level. Union completed her look with a high ponytail, a top-handle bag, Prada sandals, and Bulgari jewels.
Ahead of her performance on Sunday night, songstress Alicia Keys arrived on the red carpet wearing a three-piece Valentino piece. this bold monochromatic pink ensemble comprised a crop top, high-waisted pants, and a dramatic coat complete with a train. “Flying so high,” she captioned a series of pics of the look via Instagram. “Celebrating 20 years of Songs In A Minor tonight on @BBMAs.”
Rapper Saweetie arrived on the red carpet wearing a bold Giambattista Valli strapless ballgown in peach hue, which featured a layered ruffled skirt and pink floral embellishments down the bodice. The star completed her look with bold hot pink nails, Casadei rose gold pumps and jewelry by Anabela Chan and Le Vian.
Actress Cynthia Erivo hit the carpet in a custom Carolina Herrera creation featuring dots and tiered black and white ruffles. Erivo completed her look with shoes from Christian Louboutin’s collaboration with Idris and Sabrina Dhowre Elba.
