This may seem like a no-brainer but you probably don’t breathe all the way into your diaphragm. Simply take a few minutes to sit down and take long breaths into your diaphragm. This type of breathing will activate your rest and digest responses which will, in turn, help you relax. Next, you should keep a gratitude journal. This is a great way to improve your positive energy. Once you start seeing the things you are grateful for you are more likely to be happy. With your dream written down on paper, your energy levels up, all that is left to do is for you to visualize it. Manifesting does take time and it does require you to put in the effort.
