Have you ever said you’ll start working out on Monday and then Monday comes around and you simply don’t start? Truth is, you aren’t alone. There are hundreds of other women who say they’ll start working out on Monday but never do. The fact is it’s not your fault you don’t know where to start. Knowing where to start or how to start working out will be a great help. Luckily there are a few tips right here.
Let’s start off with what you should wear while working out. Now yes this isn’t too important but it can impact how you perform. Thankfully you don’t have to be all fancy and dressed up while working out. What you do need is something that is breathable and that will quite literally wick your sweat away from your skin. Don’t get it wrong, you do want to sweat while working out but you don’t want to have the sticky.

Now you have the clothes so what’s next right? Well now would be the opportunity to get a workout buddy. You see it’s hard to stay motivated alone. Having someone else will definitely help you with that. In fact, the entire purpose of a workout buddy is to keep you motivated and accountable for getting your workouts in. With a reliable workout buddy, you will notice that you won’t cancel or push off working out as much. You are actually more likely to want to go to the gym.
Just because you have a gym membership and a workout buddy, doesn’t mean you have to spend hours and hours in the gym. This is a big reason why many people struggle to get started. All you need to get started is to be in the gym a few days a week for a few minutes. As a start try going to the gym 3 days a week for 30 minutes. Yes, it is more than enough time for a beginner.
