Now, this might have you panicking and wondering if there is something wrong in your relationship. But in most cases, you truly have nothing to worry about. Being content with your partner is an amazing place to be in a relationship. However, there are a few things you can do to get the “noise” back into your relationship without forcing it.

The first thing would be to move the tv out of your bedroom, you can always watch tv in the family room. Next, you need to address cell phones. Cell phones are big distractions so you can actually take some time away from your phones.
