This means that you will be able to move on from your past.

Yes, you may not like how you are currently feeling but remember that after darkens comes light.
Take the time to deal with your emotions as they come. Don’t be in a rush to move on. How much time you spend dealing with your emotions is completely up to you. Once you feel 100% sure that you are ready to move forward, you can take the next step. Remove all things that remind you of the past. This can be something as small as a candle. Removing these items will help you move on mentally and well physically. The last thing you need in your life is constant reminders of the thing or things you are trying to leave behind.
