When it comes to a breakup, there’s always the question of how to move on. Should you completely cut off contact with your ex, or should you try to stay friends?
Should you take time to yourself or should you find a rebound as quickly as possible? Should you stalk their social media account every day or should you just block them? The list is literally never ending.
At the end of the day though, we’ve got live our lives in the way that best suits up, and should feel no guilt for the way we are feeling or for the way in which we decide to mend our broken heart. Take things one step up at time, and find yourself in any way that will do yourself good, whether it be a trip to the beach, a weekend getaway, or even a new business venture.
Do it all, everything and more, and find what makes you feel your best and most alive. That’s the secret: discovering once again who are you and who you want to be exactly. Forgive yourself for being in something for something that wasn’t right, forgive yourself for the time you invested in your relationships, and forgive yourself for letting someone else define who you were.
Most of us, thank yourself for having the incredible courage to do the right thing and decide to move on.
