After the tremendous success of her lingerie and makeup lines, Rihanna is looking to take over another field. Rihanna launched Fenty Beauty back in 2017, and to say it did well is an understatement. Within its first 40 days, the brand reportedly made $100 million in sales, and more significantly than that, it created what is now called ‘The Fenty Effect’ with its 40 foundation shades kicking the beauty industry to produce more inclusive shade ranges. Now, the brand is looking to expand by launching Fenty Skin. Here are all the details we know so far.

Rihanna has been teasing the release of ‘Fenty Skin’ for a while, and it looks like the wait is almost finally over. Nearly 150,000 people have already found and followed the new, verified Fenty Skin Instagram account, which announces in its bio that it will be launching on July 31. 15 days from today! From the looks of a video posted on the new Instagram page, in which Rihanna herself is seen going through a skin-care routine, the collection will include a foaming cleanser, a toner or essence, and a moisturizer. In the video, the superstar is showcasing her natural beauty, wearing only a simple ponytail and golden jewelry.

Rumors of the skincare line first started around March 2019, when a trademark was filed for ‘Fenty Skin’ with the United States Trademark and Patent Office. Specific details are still under wraps for now, but future shoppers are invited to “stay tuned to see what we got comin’ and get early access to shop by signing up at fentyskin.com.” There, by entering your email address or phone number, you’ll be able to check out the products a full two days early on July 29. According to the registration, the line is targeted at ‘medicated and non-medicated skin care, soap, body care, and personal care products (excluding color cosmetics, perfume, and other fragrance-only products,) and related accessories such as kits, tools, and applicators.’ Rihanna also made it clear that this collection is intended for everyone, no matter their gender. We here are very excited. How about you?
