Sometimes, I have days so hectic I forget to drink. And, lately, I noticed that even on other days, I don’t drink nearly as much water as I should. So, I decided to try and drink more water every day, which can often be a boring, repetitive, and forgetful task. So, I looked around for some fun simple ways that would help me drink more water. It can also serve as a visual reminder, so whenever you see your bottle, you will be reminded to drink more.
