Be softer with yourself, save your precious energy for things that truly matter. Stop being to selfless, stop giving everything away, because soon enough you won’t have anything left for yourself. Don’t burn yourself out. Not now.
It’s not selfish to make self-preservation a priority, it’s important. Rest when you are tired. You are allowed to stay home and stay in bed. It’s totally fine. Find the peace within yourself, be whole with yourself. But really whole, inside and out.
Accept that sadness is a natural and normal emotion that we all experience. You will conquer this. You can conquer all. Understand that you are special, you are unique. One day you will understand that for yourself.
Learn to love yourself, and learn that not everyone is worthy of your loyalty and faithfulness.
